Fouad’s STR investing journey because about 14 months ago, when he bought a short term rental in Huntington Beach. From that purchase, Fouad invested heavily in education and masterminds so he could put himself in rooms with the right people that would inspire and encourage him to chase his dream in real estate. Fast forward, Fouad owns 6 STRs, he is on the path to continue purchasing more, he’s begun a mentorship program, and he gets to live his life EXACTLY the way he wants to.
