Welcome to the show Anson! What an amazing episode this is. Anson called in from his latest STR down in Crystal Beach Texas, where he’s preparing to launch his grandest project to date! But let’s take a few steps back. Anson’s real estate story began about 5 years ago when he and his wife began renting out their carriage house on Airbnb. They loved providing guests with personalized touches and building connections with their guests. After a few years, Anson jumped into real estate full time as a house flipper as he began to build up his STR portfolio through cohosting and acquisition. He now primarily focuses on growing his STR portfolio and co-hosting, through his business, Tailored Stays. What’s amazing about Anson’s story is his ability to harness mindset to blow through walls and challenges. He’s part of the STR Secrets mastermind and the sky is truly the limit!
