Welcome to the show Stacey! It was an absolute joy having you join us for the Hassle Free RE podcast interview. In our discussion, Stacey shares how she first got into real estate investing – which was completely by accident! We then follow that timeline over the years where Stacey and her husband tried their hand at doing flips, holding long term rentals, and eventually landed on short term rentals, which is Stacey’s top choice for investing. What’s amazing about Stacey’s story is that many of the homes that she owns and manages are a plane flight away. She worked tirelessly (and very early in the morning) to build out a self-sustaining business so when the time was right, she could walk away from her W2 and live life on her terms.
Stacey has now retired herself out of her job, she continues to invest, and she supports an ever growing community of STR investors and operators that are looking to follow in her footsteps! Along with that, she recently held an amazing STR conference, she’s the host of the STR Sisterhood Podcast, she runs the Female Short Term Rental Investors facebook group and coaching group, and she’s the founder of The Short-Term Rental Society. Lastly, Stacey is an author in the latest Hospitable Host book! The sky truly is the limit for Stacey!
