We are so excited to have the famous Julie George on our show! Julie joins us from Australia! Julie is as entreprenuerial as they come. Relating to real estate, she’s been a broker, she built and sold a multimillion dollar short term rental hosting business, she’s a published author, a public speaker, a coach, and a mentor….Wow! Julie walked us through the progression of her career and shared how she balanced everything between her professional and personal life. What we love about Julie is how she attacks opportunity when she sees a need in any industry. This really shined when she launched her STR hosting company, “Host My Home”. In her best selling book, “The Million Dollar Host”, she walks through her early days in the industry, and folds the layers back on how she scaled her business to manage over 130 homes, bringing in millions of dollars of revenue, all while creating an enthusiastic and supportive company culture.
These days, Julie continues to author books on various aspects of the hospitality business. She travels the world presenting at seminars, teaching others how to accomplish what she has, and she’s also a coach and mentor in the short term rental space….AND, you may be seeing her on Netflix soon as the pilot for Hospitable Hosts will launch in the coming months!!!
She is one of the friendliest and most charistmatic individuals that we’ve ever spent time with, and she’s an absolute blast to be around!
