Just a simple introduction to who I am and the value that I can bring to you as the consumer. I began my real estate journey when I bought my first home a little over 5 years ago. My wife and I then bought our first investment property, a short term rental in Cape Cod which we still manage today! From there, we looked out of states at other market that better aligned with our investment goals. In those markets we “BRRRRR” – more to come on that in later episodes! And we’re actively expanding our STR footprint by buying another “Airbnb” in Maine. I’ve found success in real estate by applying creative, yet simple solutions to overcome complex problems. I believe that anyone can invest in real estate, starting by buying your primary home!
